In Pennsylvania: One name stands out: Maxwell Russell! He was among the first – if not THE first to offer real estate courses so folks to get ready to sit for the PA real estate exam.
When folks paid for the course, he made one thing absolutely clear: Your “obligation” or “debt” to him: As soon as you finished the exam and returned it to the proctor or monitor, you HAD to call and give his office AT LEAST two Qs on that exam.
And IF you didn’t, supposedly, he could prevent a person from actually getting the license. I don’t know if that was a ploy or not, but I certainly wasn’t going to take my chances.
Then there was Joe Polley of Polley & Associates. Basically, he told us the same thing, but there was never a threat. He and his bride, Ruth, appeared at the beginning of the course. His “pitch”: many people before our group took the course. The great majority took the exam. The majority of those passed the exam and they gave Joe and Ruth Qs so they would have the course properly prepared for the next group. We were that next group. Didn‘t we think it would be only fair for us to do the same for the next group? Of course!
I gave Joe Polley A LOT of Qs. In fact, every time I went to their offices, Joe or Ruth would stop whatever they were doing to chat with me.
Joe and Ruth sold the school and the courses. The buyer kept the name [Why not? Just about every person in southeastern PA who wanted to sit for the PA real estate exam would go to P & A. I took a few courses. There was never a request for additional Qs. BUT that was probably because the courses I took were to maintain an active license – not for any exam. In PA there is MCE – Mandatory Continuing Education. If a licensee wants to be able to continue practicing real estate, he/she must get those credits.

Not really. Anyone familar with selling farms, whether hobby, horse or otherwise, can handle these sales. You have to start somewhere, start with a small hobby farm. If you have a lead, ask someone in your firm to co list with you and help mentor you.
Don't waste your time with online stuff. And don't go to a university. Find a local program that allows you a few months of study and hands on work,

Hondros has audio (which can be helpful or could slow you down.)
The OAR has classes but they are laborious and tend to focus on dates, etc.
Google "Ohio Real Estate Online Continuing Education" and you will get the whole bunch.
Each has a "sample" and you can tell what works best for you and your learning style.
